When you request an estimate, the form asks for:

your name and phone number
your email address (optional)
the property address or location
the service you need, the number of stumps, and any details you add
photos of the stump (optional)

If you call, text, or email us instead, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request: to contact you, prepare and confirm a quote, schedule the work, and follow up about the job. We may enter your details into the software we use to manage quotes, scheduling, and invoices. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

If you call or text (821) 333-1747, we use that conversation the same way. We text only about your estimate or job. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

How the form works

This website does not keep its own database of form submissions. When you press “Request a Free Estimate,” your information and photos are sent over HTTPS, checked for spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, and delivered to us by email through Resend. Those providers process the information only to provide those services. We keep the email, and any later job record, as described below.

Photos

Photos you send are used to estimate your job. We will not publish photos you send us without asking you first.

If we take photos on the job, we will ask before using them on this website or our Google profile. Email or text us if you want a photo taken down.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit the site, which pages are useful, and whether the call and estimate buttons work. It uses cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, device type, and approximate location (city level). It does not tell us who you are. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them to do the work, and then for normal business, tax, and insurance record-keeping, generally up to 7 years. After that we delete them or remove the contact details.

Your choices

Changes
